1. About mizohlabu.com

mizohlabu.com is a free Mizo lyrics platform operated by Arsi Consultancy (India). By accessing or using mizohlabu.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or contribute content. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@arsi.in.

4. Contributing lyrics

• Voluntary — contributing lyrics is entirely optional. No user is required or pressured to submit content.
• Your rights — you retain full ownership of the lyrics you contribute. You may edit or delete your content at any time through your account dashboard.
• Co-ownership of the platform — by actively contributing lyrics you become a co-owner of mizohlabu.com's content community for as long as your content remains on the platform. This recognition is non-financial and does not transfer any equity, liability, or legal ownership of Arsi Consultancy.
• Licence to us — by submitting lyrics you grant mizohlabu.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content.
• Copyright responsibility — you affirm that you have the right to publish the lyrics you submit, whether as the original author or with appropriate permission from the copyright holder. Do not submit lyrics you do not have the right to share.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit content that infringes any third-party copyright or other rights.
• Post hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content in lyrics, comments, or digital hlabu.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or platform systems.
• Use the platform for spam or automated scraping without written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. User-generated content moderation

Comments, digital hlabu, and lyrics are not pre-moderated. We review content in response to reports. If you see content that violates these Terms, please contact us at contact@arsi.in.

7. Advertising

mizohlabu.com is currently free and ad-free. To cover platform costs, we may display advertisements in the future. Contributors have no claim to any advertising revenue, now or in the future, regardless of their contribution level or co-ownership status.

8. Platform availability

mizohlabu.com is provided free of charge and “as is”. We make no guarantee of continuous uptime or availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The mizohlabu.com brand, logo, and platform software are the property of Arsi Consultancy. User-submitted lyrics remain the property of their respective contributors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to any contributor.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arsi Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of mizohlabu.com, including but not limited to loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
